In the event of the occurrence of accidents during oil transportation, the department is fast to act on such cases and embarks on restoration of the affected communities to their original status. Some of the emergency cases supported by the Foundation include KORU where two houses were constructed for victims affected by the oil spill, donation of funds through Red Cross for construction of houses for the West Pokot landslide, donation of foodstuff and water for Thange for victims affected by the oil spill.
